Went jogging in sports top, leggings and sneakers. I drank so much water after the jogging that I need to pee all the time. I don’t want to go every minute, so I have been holding it in. I want to finish the stretching and workout now before going to the toilet. My bladder is very full but I hope that I can hold it.
